1:1 Life Coaching

Sophia has a certificate and a diploma in life coaching from Mindstream Life and Workplace Coaching. She works in an integrative way drawing from her mindfulness and yoga practice.

Who is coaching for?

I truly believe that anyone who would like to make a change in their life, no matter how big or small, would benefit from working with a coach. I work with my clients on a variety of different issues from low self-esteem to career changes, motivation for creative projects to relationship break-ups. I can help provide you with support, accountability and an organised approach in any area in your life in which you feel stuck, lost or lacking in motivation. Together we will come up with a plan of action and break down your goal into manageable steps which you’ll feel confident about achieving and we’ll check in together regularly to celebrate the progress you’re making and work on overcoming any obstacles you may have.

What is life coaching?

Unlike traditional therapy, life coaching offers a more solutions-focused approach to issues you may be having in your life and mobilizes you to take action in your life towards being the person you want to be. Life coaches don’t aim to solve their clients’ problems but rather help them to see that the answers lie within themselves. A coach will ask lots of questions in order to prompt self-reflection and self-discovery and will gently guide the client towards creating a plan of action that will allow them to move forward in an empowered way. Sessions are anywhere between 45 minutes and 1 hour and can take place in person or via Zoom.
